*Please Check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t seen a reply within 48 hours of your booking submission.
Bear Tires comes to the agreed upon time and meeting place (home, work, friends, family) and finds a flat and operative spot to work. We will need your vehicles keys, and any wheel lock key if you have locking lug nuts.
Please have your tires clean, dry (not full of water) and close by the vehicle for when we arrive.
Please don’t leave your tires outside the night before we come if it is cold outside. The closer to room temperature the easier they are to install.
Please let us know if there is anything we need or might need to know before we come to do the job.
For example:
if one of your tires has or has had a puncture and needs attention
if your tires are a different size then the ones already on your vehicle
if your rims are rusty and/or you experience slow leaks
if they are over 285 mm width (first number)
if they are under 45 aspect ratio (second number)
if they are over 20 inch rims (third number)
Bear Tires reserves the right to pass on jobs where the tire sizes are too big or too ‘low profile’ (high performance). We don’t fix, grind, reshape any wheels (rims). We will clean dirt/grime if needed. We also don’t work on ‘one ton’ trucks, RV’s, Trailers, or motorcycles. Sorry for any inconvenience.
